Kelsey Gallagher is a lighting designer from Overland Park, Kansas. She received her BFA in theatre design and technology from Avila University in Kansas City , MO. In the Kansas city area, she has worked with numerous groups including, Shawnee Mission Theatre in the Park, The White Theatre, CYTKC, and Home Grown Theatre. She is entering her third and final year of MFA studies at the Ohio State University. Her most recent productions include an original devised piece at the Ohio State University titled Forbidden Zones: The Great War and Marisol by Jose Rivera, Execution of Justice by Emily Mann, Four People by Karie Miller adapted from Chekov's Three Sisters, and The Dybbuk by John Michael Sefel. Her thesis production, Legally Blonde: the Musical by Heather Hach, was in November of 2018 and is currently working on assisting with the media design of Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time by Simon Stephens.
